We deliver all products across South Africa using reliable courier services. Our shipping policies ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
1. Handling Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
2. Transit Time
After dispatch, delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Costs
We do not charge any hidden, administrative, or processing fees related to shipping. Shipping costs are fixed per product category as listed below and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. No additional shipping or handling fees are added after checkout.

4. Courier Service
We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Customers can track their shipments directly via The Courier Guy portal using the tracking number provided in the dispatch email.
5. Special Items & Shipping Restrictions
All shipping costs for oversized, heavy, or fragile items (such as large mowers or winemaking equipment) are fully calculated and displayed at the final checkout screen before you enter your payment details. Batteries and certain power tools are handled according to South African safety regulations for hazardous goods at no additional hidden cost to the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pellencsouthafrica.co.za or call +27 21 863 1378. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
